Report: Sainz says return to cycling is 'natural' (AP via Yahoo! Sports)
A former team director arrested in cycling's biggest doping investigation said he might return to the sport. Manuel Sainz was team director for Liberty Seguros when he was among five people arrested in May 2006 in the blood-doping scandal known as Operation Puerto that implicated more than 50 riders.
